50 hp vro conversion

I have a 50hp 1999 johnson j50eleer what fuel pump would be recomended to do away with vro pump. I unhooked the oil side a few years ago now fuel pump not doing well.

i recommend going with the block mount pump http://www.iboats.com/Sierra_18_735...z.36857--**********.002868476--view_id.174141

block the pulse line going to the VRO pump. then remove the plug on the side of the block. it has a bolt hole on each side. besure to use the gasket between the block and pump.
