50 hp will not idle

I have 1975 50 hp evenrude stinger that has been setting for two years. before storing the carbs were cleaned out. now it will not idle, runs great on top end, i have used new gas checked fuel filter,and the plugs could this be the low speed jets and if so how can i clean them and how do i adjust the carbs

If you have no way of telling which bearings came from which rod you are "probably" about as well off just slinging it back together and hope for the best. Otherwise you can use a micrometer to check the wear on every bearing. Myself, I'd check the condition of the bearings, replace any that are not in very good shape and put it back together. Good inspection is very critical.
