Thanks for the info on the broken pin....I removed the prop found the broken pin....On the back side of the prop there is black rubber that looks like it could have been a seal....the generic manuals I have do not show a seal there...also they do not show how to take the center of the prop apart....Is this a seal...spacer...or something that got in there and caused the shear pin to break....also model / serial no. is 3012-09264....what year is this so I can get a specific manual??? Thanks

Thats just the prop hub rubber..its fine, ignore it..DON'T pull it apart...they look "smooshed" for lack of a better word...just replace the pin.
If something else is screwed up, I have a spare lower with prop for sale if you need it. PM me..Fits all the "Weedless" drives. Super little motors..own 2.. Evinrude and Johnny
