55 hp Nissan fuel will not reach carbs

I haven't used my ski boat for about a year. Ran out all the gas when I stored it. I brought it out of storage and tried to crank it up but no fuel will reach the carbs. Any ideas, there is gas running thru all lines.

Leaking fuel fitting
Bad prime bulb
Hole in fuel line
Bad fuel pump
