55 rude float setup for carbs

Good Day.. Wondering if any one can tell me how to setup the floats in the carbs for my 68 evinrude 55hp triumph? Putting carb kits in and am not sure I understand the manual. Hoping someone can put it laymans terms. Thanks in advance for the help.

With the carburetor body held upside down, the float being viewed from the side, adjust the float so that the free end of the float (the end opposite the hinge pin) is ever so slightly higher (just ever so slightly off level) than the other end. And when viewed from the end, make sure it is not cocked.
