iv been working on a boat i just bought. the boat has been sitting for a few years. after cleaning the connections and haveing the starter rebuilt i have good blue spark. the plugs are wet and if i take them out and crank the motor their is a good mist of air/fuel. i pull started the motor when i first got it and it would start and run. now it will not even fire. the carbs were cleaned also. any suggestions. could it be the timing or maybe my throttle cables arent rigged correctly?
