5545 what is the oil mix??

i am trying to find the fuel mix. some say 24-1, others have said 50-1. so what is it?
the moto is running rough at idle and need some help.

Is it a 5524 (1962 model) or 5545 (unknown)?

Q - What is the fuel/oil mix for my motor?
A - The following is generally true: 1958 and prior used 20:1, 1959 thru 1963 used 24:1, 1964 and newer use 50:1. High performance usage (racing) requires a ratio of 25:1. New engine break-in (not DI) requires 25:1.

here is the link to a video of the motor. i am unsure what actual year the motor is. i was told to run the oil mix a little lean, due to the fact that the newer oil is better than the old??

i was told ite was a 62, but i am not sure.
