56 johnson 5 1/2 horse fuel bowl

I have finally got a gas tank for my motor. Replaced lower unit oil and spark plugs hooked the fuel line up and primed it and realised there was no fuel bowl. I have searched ebay for one, no luck. I went to TSC to see if maybe I could make an old tractor one work with no luck. Now I am dead in the water, guess I won't get to take my boat out for at least another week. Someone please help me!!!!! Where can I get a new/used fuel bowl!

I think finding a used fuel bowl might be difficult. You can try Laings outboards (http://www.laingsoutboards.com/) or Twin City outboard (http://tcoutboard.com/). You may be better off buying a used carb and just taking the bowl off of that. Good Luck!!!

Do you also need the wire bale that holds the bowl to the carb?

The bowl is still available from your local Evinrude dealer for about $30 part number 303121.

I might have one. Do you want me to look? It won't be anywhere near $30 either.
