Am i missing some obvious or is my prop siezed on? i take out the pin at the end of the prop? does it screw off or just pull of .. the thing is over 50 years old mayb its just rusted on? any tips or tricks for this classic... sorry for my dumb question but im in a bind

You pull the cotter pin out of the cone and screw off the cone (regular threads) on my '54 and '53 rude bigtwin.

And remove the shear pin. Then it pulls off.
