Why would there be oil on the sprak plugs, is this the sign of a serious problem?? Best, -Rich

I'm used to British Seagull engines that run on 10:1 or 25:1. Plugs always black and oily! You are using a 2 stroke outboard engine oil (TCW3 spec)?
