57 fastwin not getting gas

my 57fastwin wont start it has a good spark seems to have gas in the bowl but not in the venturi jt fired with either for a second i know thats a no no but it wont fire on its own . help me get this beauty going again. thanks

Have you opened up the carb? Could be crud blocking a passage. Have u tried spraying premix gas straight into the carb to get it started?

Do u pressurized fuel tank or has the motor been converted?

yes it is a two line tank. the tank does have pressure but gas wont get past the bowl, if i take off the bowl is there something specific i, should clean or look for blocking the gas.

What is your starting procedure? Use premixed fuel in an old spray bottle instead of ether. Take the carb apart and give her a soak in carb cleaner, blasting it into all the passages and crevices, wash with warm water, then air dry with compressed air. Rebuild and you should be good to go.

have you done a proper spark and compression test? ether will light up pretty easily.
