I assume the impeller housing has gasket but the only information obtained is just replace the impeller. Does anyone know this motor specifically(RDS 20? When I receive the impeller I will find out the answers about gaskets and o rings I suppose. How do you disconnect shift rod? I pulled 2 screws plate and there is another plate in there with two bolts holding it on. I've looked at all threads on impeller replacement but none are specific to this motor. Thanks

Remove the 2nd plate and you will see the shift rod connector. Remove the lower screw.

Have you figured out yet that you have to remove the rear cover to access the long gearcase bolt?

There is no gasket under the pump housing

Glad to hear no gasket and thanks for info on how to access shift rod. When you say remove rear plate(large plate with 12 screws) then I need to take gearcase bolt off in order to drop lower unit? Anything else?

The gearcase is held on by 4 (6??) bolts on the sides and one long one at the rear. You can't even see the rear one without removing the rear midsection cover (whole bunch of screws, probably Phillips head).
