I need some info on jets for high altitude. I bought the motor that had been run at sea level but at high altitude 8 to 12000 foot the motor is very sluggish. Any help/info appreciated.
Thanks, Dean

There was a post sometime back on this subject. Someone told what size to get but they will need at least the model number so they can determine year and horsepower, crossflow or looper, ficht? See what I mean. Need more info. If no one has told you yet -- welcome to iboats.

Thanks for the welcome and info. I have checked with my dealer and he says it doesn't list any other jets for this motor. I did rebuild the carb but didn't get the number off the jet. Fireman 57,I think this motor may be crossfire and looper. ha Again thanks for the info and if you think of anything, give me a holler.
Dean
