60 evinrude heat alarm

1994 60 evinrude, the over temp alarm will not cutoff, and there is no ignition fire. Redcently replaced power pack (4-6 months). Help!!!

Your post is confusing. How could you have a temp alarm going off if the motor won't run due to no fire from the ignition?

The self test function in the horn could be bad, power pack could be bad again. Could only be a switch or wiring problen, disconnect large red connector on engine, check for spark.
