my 60 tiller rude motor pushes me at 32 MPH on a lund 1775 .on a good day.
This 3 cylinder appears to be the same as a 75 hp john/rude motor .
My question is can i strip parts from a 75 or 70 onto my 60 motor to increase power output ?
What parts?
And what years will fit my 1995 60 ?
and is this adviseable?:

uh, how much more power are you trying to get out of it? 32mph on a 17' Lund witha 60 hp motor sounds like you're getting ALL of it. Might be time to consider moving up in motors.

True an update is in the future however a 1975 75 johnson has come up as a parts motor and was considering this way to add power
a two stroke 90 yamaha or 90 etec are my considerations because i want to keep it as light as i can...
this tiller model lund is rated for a 75 and I am leaning away from the sheer size and weight of a 4 stroke
