60 hp 4 stroke. High pitch whistle

I have a 2012 mercury 4 stroke 60 hp that has a high pitch whistle at full throttle 2nd year with thus issue boat runs fine . Could this be just the belt . Any help would be appreciated before I tow it to the dealer
