60 hp etec will not start

2008 60hp etec and it will not start, it was ruining on old gas then put new gas in it and it will not start now. any ideas?

When you say "won't start" you have to be specific. Does the engine crank over and not fire up or does nothing happen when you turn the key?

Fuse is on port side it is shown in your owners manual.

it cranks over just dose not fire. did not get a manual.

turned out to be water got in the gas from tanks gasket on top of fuel tank.
