Hey Willy....that's your maint vlv and manual primer lever.<br /><br />If the solenoid goes south and you need to prime the engine to get it started, turn the red lever counter clockwise till it stops. Start the engine and return the lever to it's normal position.<br /><br />The tire valve can be used to shot engine tuner and fogging oil into the engine while it's running. You can get the engine tuner and fogging oil from any John/Rude dealer with a screw on type stem to screw on to the maint vlv.
