60 hp mercury triple only runs 1/2 throttle?

I have what I believe is an 1985 mercury 60 hp triple. Serial A109735. I have replaced the trigger, stator, cdi, rectifier, rebuilt both carbs and the fuel pump. The compression is 125+ in all cylinders. When I got the motor it didn't run good enough to even idle. But now since I replaced all that it starts right up and idles fine and runs up to about 1/2 throttle and spits and sputters acts like a miss. It just falls on its face. Some help would be much appreciated. I dont know timing or throttle linkage adjustment or carb ide to know what it should be set at?
