I have a 1991 Mercury 60 HP whose trim will go up but not down. Thought it was a solenoid problem at first but bypassed the solenoid and experienced the same results. <br /><br />I can lift the motor but have to let it down manually with the manual release.<br /><br />Any suggestions.
