60hp Mercury

Last time out, engine died. I could get it started, but had to run at low speed. Checked fuel filter seems fine. It trys to start, but just wont keep running?

Not enough info. 2 stroke or 4, What year, carb or efi? Could be electrical, fuel line, fuel filter, plugs, pump..............
