60's model 5 hp sea king fuel pump questions

im wondering where the pee stream is i cant find any water comeing back out can any one give me any idea's is it possible it could come back out of the shaft?

Yes, you should have combined stream of water/exhaust coming out of the exhaust relieft port(s) located at the rear of the engine, in the center section, just below the lower engine cowling. HTH..........ed
