Hi,

Does anyone know what SC used for guages for their '60's boats? I have a 67 Holiday O\B Closed Bow. I see alot of Airguilde and Aqua Meter guages and they look cool. What did they use for factory?

Don't know about the 60's, my 73 has an Aqua Meter Tach, it's the only gauge.

Wecome to site. :welcome:

Post a pic of your boat, visuals help:)

Any thing period correct would work for me personally. I'm pretty sure they used whatever was available or whomever they had a supply contract with back in the day.

In the very beginning of my Islander project I was thinking about going more of an original look so I grabbed these off eBay...

I didn't end up going that route but I think that set was super cool!

Sorry I don't have a closer picture, but my Jupiter came with this one speedo gauge... It works... and not far off of true gps speed either for the most part!

Work in progress...:grumpy:

Jaoutside,
Yes, those panels do look cool and was thinking I could maybe moify it for an O\B.
North Beach,
Yes, That probably was the thing back then for sure.
I am going to start a resto thread soon so all ideas welcome.
