'63 40hp fuel pump squirt

Everything on my motor runs fine, but I cranked it up saturday and noticed a fuel squirt coming from a (manufactured) hole in the aft side of the fuel pump. Is my diaphragm gone or could it be something else? What kind of fix are we talking about?

If the assembly screws' are all tight. That sounds like a broken diaphram.
