I can't seem to get full throttle on my 9.5. I replaced the points, condesers, and plugs and am getting strong spark. I've also replaced the valve seat and the needle valve in the carb. When I open the throttle up it just doesn't go much more than 1/2 speed and after awhile seems to flood out. I did notice some gas sputtering out of a port in the front of the carb at full throttle. Is it possible that the float is not working?
