looking at a 1965 90hp johnson in great condition, wondering how easy parts are to get for it?
and what website is the best place to get the parts....

the problem is that most parts are still available, but specific ones may not be. there is not a site on line for parts list or engine diagrams, so you will need the parts manual, and service manual for you motor, to be able to find the correct parts. iboats marine store carries many aftermarket parts. dealer OEM parts, also NAPA auto parts has Johnson parts. manuals outboardbooks.com

One drawback to this engine is the carb. It is really like no other carb in the outboard line of engine's. It is really four carb's in one single casting. I would think that part's for this carb would be a real problem. The gasket's are quite complex, and would not be easy to make. The last time I rebuilt one of these carb's the needle, and seat's were about $30 apiece, and still available. Again, these needle, and seat's are like no other, and there are four needed. Throw in a electra-matic gearcase, and a rather complex charging system, and go from there.
