I have a 65 omc electric shift or possibly hydro electric shift That pops out of fwd and back in at about 1700 rpms.It looks like the motor wants to jump out of the water I can cruise all day at 1200. The case had recently been torn apart and put back together with a new rev and clutch dog. Is there something that could have happened when it went back together or something obvious I should look for when tearing it apart. any info helps.Thanks
