650 65hp mercury

ok i have a 1968 650 mercury , where does the water pee out? out the front of the prop? i dont see a pee hole anywhere else theres just two sqare holes .
the head doesnt get hot just want to make sure before i take it out on the water

When you pull the cover off look for a rubber hose going to the lower cowl... You should be able to find a diagram here http://www.crowleymarine.com/parts.cfm

ok so i put my glasses on jk i took the water cooling hoses apart and used compressed air to blow out any junk , there was some dirt in both tubes hooked them back up and started the motor the water only comes out at high rpm's the stream isnt very strong so its either the impeller water pump or more junk inside the tube? can some one give me a diagram on how to take the lower unit off.
