I have a 65hp mercury and im trying to find out the year, i think it is a 71' from the research i did but just want to be sure, SERIAL#3156831. also the lower unit is missing and i was wondering if certain years and hp/rated engines would fit this motor any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you
