66 Evinrude Ski twin 33hp intermittant electrical issue

Going through a 33 hp Ski Twin with electric start no generator and when everything is hooked up the solenoid intermittently activates. Seems like the solenoid is sticking but why would it just kick in on its own? Everything works perfectly most of the time. Thanks for any help on this one!

Could be the ignition switch, or any wiring in between.
