i have a 68 johnson v100 i see the grey wire that comes out of the wiring harneess but my tack doesnt seem to work,<br />my tack has a greay wire and a black wire, i ran the black to ground and he grey wire from the harness to the grey in the tack, is here a way to test the grey wire and a way to test the tack and find out which one is fubar. again everyone that you for all the help, i would be so lost without the bb
