The motor has new fuel lines, new water pump(housing and all), new fuel pump diaphragm and gaskets. When I replaced the water pump I had a little trouble getting the foot back on. Eventually, I got it back in but happened to shift into neutral before I did it. Now it seems as though the prop wants to spin when it's in neutral. Is that because of the new impeller?? It's a tight fit. Should I have left it in fwd gear and would this cause the prob? Also, the telltail just dribbles....did before too. I ran a piece of trimmer string into the hole and it worked for a few seconds, then went back to dribble. Could I have not gotten the water guide tube lined up? Since these problems, the motor wants to run hot and shuts off. If it's idling, it will conk out. But will run a little longer if I give it a little juice. ALSO, the fuel pump confused me while installing it. Which hole should be going to the carb and which one has the gas tank line?? Both holes are opposite each other on the ends. The middle hole, I think, goes to the block. Any help would be GREAT!
