i need to replace this belt 7.4l mercruiser b3 engine serial#ol621407. is there an automotive equivalent to merc# 57-865615q06?

Ayuh,... Donno if that belt was used on a car, but Napa will cross the #s,+ sell ya a new 1....

I have a 2001 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer with the 7.4 Mercruiser. I wrote the number down off the Mercruiser belt and (as previously posted) took it to the local NAPA store. They crossed referenced it to a Gates belt which I installed. I keep the used Mercruiser belt (along with many other parts that I replaced) in my "get home" spare parts box. The NAPA belt cost ($42) which was considerably less than half of what the same Mercruiser belt cost.
