7.5 hp Merc won't run unless you pump bulb or squirt pre-mix into carb throat.

Does anyone have the procedures for rebuilding the carb and fuel pump for serial number 3933675?
I usually do all of my own work I've just never done this procedure before. I really don't want to buy a book because this motor goes for sale with a boat and trailer when I get it running.
