70 Evinrude rough idle

My boat runs fine at anything over a slow idle. It shakes and runs rough and slow when trying to go slow. It even kills when in no wake zones. Will carb cleaner help and if so how much should I use. One guy suggested sea foam directly into the carbs...I put on new pump and gas lines and new plugs.1988 engine

what year ,some have a ajustable low speed . if not need to rebuild. you might take the low speed plug out and bloe air through it .the best is to rebuild. papasage

Adjust low speed mixture or clean low speed jets<br /><br />Give us year & model number from engine so someone can be really specific with an answer.
