Hello everyone, first time user of the forum. I have a 1993 70 hp johnson 2 stroke that is hard to start cold. I have read the cold start procedure thread posted but I do not find any fast idle adjustment. There is no lever and I do not see any way to pull out the handle for neutral lock. are these standard on controls ? or do you think someone has removed it ? I have only had the boat a couple of months. Starts up easy after I finally do get it started the first time. Cant find the idle lever though. Can anyone help ?? Thanks
