My Brother just purchased a 1993, 70hp Johnson on a Skeeter bass boat. It is my job to drive the boat on the trailer, but so far I have'nt been able to do so. The boat runs great at top end but getting it to take gas at a slower speed is a problem. There's a certain spot when giving gas that it just boggs down and goes dead. Any ideas?
