70hp tohatsu outboard any good?

I am looking at possible picking up a boat with a 70hp oil injection Tohatsu on it. I am not sure the year of the motor. The owner says it needs a flywheel. Are these hard to find? I have only every dealt in johnson, evinrude, and mercury motors. Any advise would be great.

Would need the actual correct model to determine price/availability of any part.

Why/How did the current flywheel get damaged?

If it needs a flywheel I don't wanto imagine what else is damaged .... keep looking ....
