'71 Evinrude 50 Lark

There is one of these for sale locally for $150 and was thinking of putting it on a BW 15' hull I have. It doesn't come with controls and I want to know how easy is it to find the controls? I saw the thread on adding a tell-tale. Do I have to use a pulley based steering system or will a teleflex cable work?

Well, that's a smokin' deal. However, I would check it over before you go through the expense of controls and such. Check the compression and check the lower unit oil and see if there is any water intrusion. Let us know what you find.
