'71 gm 4cyl with a 8cyl upper unit question?

hi,
i got a deal on this upper unit, good working order....he seemed to think it was the lower unit with the different gearing, i've discovered it is in fact the upper where the biggest gearing difference is.... now my question is, can i compinsate this gearing with a different pitch prop?

Nope,... They don't make props that small...
