71 Johnson Hydro-Electric Remote Controls...

Hi,
​I have 71 Johnson 50hp.
I know the remote controls are RARE... But I've found some...
What is the difference really between the yellow plug vs the black plug?
Are they interchangeable?
Already looking for a complete remote set for either parts or in working order as a spare. Just in case....

Your location ?---------The yellow plug is for the MAGNETO ignition 1971 and 1972 50 hp and the 1972 model 65 hp.---------The black plug is for the BATTERY ignition models.----------In some areas these controls are not that rare.-----------These controls are not plug and play interchangeable.---Modification would be needed.
