I've got a 75 Johnson which is probably identical to the Evinrude that you have. Looking at the manual it should be pretty easy to add a starter to your motor. You just need the starter, starter mount, automatic choke and some new wiring. The hardest might be finding the old parts to put it all together with.<br /><br />Good luck,<br />Jeremy
