I have tried starting this motor several times. I can kinda keep it running
if I spray carb cleaner in it. I have taking the carbs apart and completely cleaned them. They were clean to begin with, but jest redid it. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss.

Your going to need a service manual, and start at Go. On that engine, your going to need it.

It is going to be that fun to get this thing going. I do have the manual and have been reading it. I'm just not having any luck with this motor.

does it stall when you go into gear or does it just die after firing?

I have the factory service manual for the motor not a generic one that covers 10 different motors.

Start with compression, ignition, fuel.

I will check the compression. I have not tried to even put it gear yet this is just sitting there. I believe it is getting fuel as the plugs show signs of fuel. I will go through the system again and tripple check that again.
