Someone gave me a 72 Johnson SeaHorse 9.5 Model# 9R-72M. It only has about 25 hours on it, but it's been sitting up for years. I was going to put a carb kit on it. Should I replace the pump, and if so should I buy a new pump or a pump kit or just an impeller? Does anyone know the part #'s to look for?

I guess I'll have to buy the parts separately. I was hoping I could find a whole kit, or am I missing it? Anyway thanks for the link.

wait, I didn't see the water pump kit part number on the drawing. Only $39? That's cheap. A lot cheaper than buying the parts separate! thanks again.
