72 merc 115 water circulation problem

no water coming out of tube. ran wire up to where it comes out of engine. still no water. pulled plug on back of engine and water shoots out three feet so pump is working just not coming out tube at bottom of engine. where is it blocked.

you could try using an air line to blow the tell tale clear. I used to use weed eater line to check for blockage.

Thers 2 ends to the hose... do both..

Actually the most likely place for blockage isn't the hose but the fitting at the block or water jacket where the hose connects.
