Gents, I have searched the forum and cannot find the suggested procedure for setting the idle mixture. I would really like to try this and whatever else you suggest while I am waiting for my shop manual to arrive (will still me a couple weeks - trans border mail to Canada)<br /><br />1 1/2 turns out? <br /><br />PS: The problem is it starts fine, runs fine, but only idles for about 15 - 45 seconds before idle drops, it starts running rough, and eventually dies in another 30 - 45 seconds. It makes me look even more like a rookie trying to dock the thing, have to keep starting at high idle and hammer it into gear for a moment... When it is a busy gas dock I have to use the electric trolling motor...
