72' Merc Controls

I am not sure if my 72' Mercontrols are working properly. When ever I push my throlle lever forward the warm up lever seems come come up with it? Is there anyway to adjust this so that the warm up lever operates on its own and will not rise when I push the throttle lever foward?

Also, were and how would I make that adjustment.

Jacob, It is not supposed to do that, which you know. I do not know of any adjustment, and I am not familar enough with those controls to advise on a fix. Perhaps you will see something obvious, if you open it up.

hey jacob..
that shouldnt be doing that..i bet somthing is broken in there..does the warm up lever work? like chris said open it up.. when it warms up here this weekend im gonna untarp mine and i will take a look at mine and see if there is anything else i can add..
