I have a 72 mercury thunderbolt 115 and was wondering how the trigger works internally and what the wires do. the reason is because i would like to use the msd 6560 ignition box and 8222 ignition coil. the reason i want to go this way is because the msd boxes don't break as easy and i would have better igniton.
