'73 115hp float adjustment

Just rebuilt carbs and fuel drips out of carbs when running. I can't find the specs on float adjustment for my motor. Is the procedure for my motor on here somewhere, or can someone tell me the procedure.

With the float bowl cover held upside down the lower lever (now on the top) should be level with the lower pin ( now on top) surface on the other side
