The Clymer manual says that my 73 Evinrude has a 4,5,or 6 amp unregulated charging system or a 6,10,or 15amp regulated charging system. How do I know which one I have. MY model number is 135383. Can I upgrade to the highest charging system with the right stator, rectifier and regulator?
